Michael F. J. Romano is a Member of the firm. From 1985 to 1987, he began his legal career as an associate attorney practicing general commercial litigation with the firm of Sussman, Shank, Caplan, Wapnick & Stiles in Portland, Oregon. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Romano was employed as an associate attorney with the law firm LaBrum and Doak, where his practice focused on secured creditors’ rights/commercial litigation and insurance defense.

Thereafter, in 1992, Mr. Romano started his own practice in Woodbury and has since continued to focus on secured creditors’ rights, insurance defense, and general commercial litigation in the Superior Courts of New Jersey, Courts of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania, Federal Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and Bankruptcy Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

During Mr. Romano’s twenty-five years of practice, he has successfully litigated an extensive and diverse case load, including matters related to secured and unsecured creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, automobile negligence, complex products liability, subrogation, architects and engineering and construction losses.
